Accessibility Statement
Install Football LLC
Last Updated: November 2, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Install Football LLC is committed to ensuring that its Service is accessible to all players and coaches, including people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply relevant accessibility standards.
2. Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard adopted in the U.S. Department of Justice's 2024 rule for the websites and mobile applications of public schools and colleges.
The Install Football Service is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the standard, as described in Section 5.
3. Measures to Support Accessibility
Install Football takes the following measures to support accessibility:
(a) menus, tabs, buttons and quiz answers are built to be operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator;
(b) text and interface colors are chosen with WCAG Level AA contrast in mind (see Section 6 for what has and has not been checked);
(c) the page language is identified, and form fields and buttons have accessible labels;
(d) play diagrams, playbook pages and scout cards have text alternatives, which identify the content rather than describe the drawing in full;
(e) quiz feedback is conveyed in words ("Correct" or "Not quite") and not by color alone, and status messages are announced to screen readers;
(f) content is designed to reflow on screens as narrow as 320 CSS pixels and to remain usable with text enlarged to 200 percent, and tab names no longer cut off on small phones or with large text; and
(g) the Service honors the operating system's "reduce motion" setting.
4. Technical Specifications
The accessibility of the Service relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA working with the user's web browser and any assistive technologies installed on the user's device. The Service is designed for current versions of major web browsers on phones and computers.
5. Known Limitations and Alternatives
Despite our efforts, some content is not yet fully accessible. Known limitations are described below, together with available alternatives.
(a) Play diagrams. Text alternatives identify each diagram, and where the playbook specifies routes or assignments, they are also written out in text. In quizzes, a diagram's text alternative is deliberately generic so that it does not give away the answer. The drawing itself is not fully described. Coaches or Install Football support can provide an explanation in another format on request.
(b) Signals. Offensive hand-signal videos are hosted on the Program's own SharePoint, not by Install Football, and we have not evaluated them for captions or audio description. Defensive hand signals are photographs that open from a labeled link; the photograph itself has no text description of the hand position. Coaches can explain a signal another way on request.
(c) Scout cards. Scout cards are printable diagrams intended for coaches. Their text alternative identifies the play and defense shown, but does not describe the position of every player.
(d) Picture-based quizzes. Questions that ask the player to identify a diagram depend on vision. Coaches can assign a text-only quiz style to any player who needs it.
(e) Focus outline. In a few places on the side menu, the keyboard focus outline may be partly clipped.
6. Assessment Approach
Install Football assessed the accessibility of the Service by self-evaluation, using automated testing with the axe accessibility engine (the engine used by Google Lighthouse), keyboard checks, and checks of small-screen and enlarged-text layouts. Our most recent automated scan, on a test copy of the Service in November 2026, found no WCAG 2.1 Level A or AA errors on the screens scanned.
An automated scan cannot show that a site is fully accessible. In that scan, a few color-contrast items were flagged for manual review, and those have not all been confirmed by hand. The Service has not yet been tested with real assistive technology, such as a screen reader used by a person who relies on one, and it has not been audited by an outside accessibility specialist.
7. Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Service. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us at InstallFootballOfficial@gmail.com and describe the page and the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days and, where possible, to provide the information in an alternative format while we address the issue.
8. Date
This statement was prepared on November 2, 2026, based on self-evaluation through that date.
