Install Football LLC
Last Updated: November 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of installfootball.com, each team site hosted on a subdomain of installfootball.com, and the related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Install Football LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("Install Football," "we," "us" or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully.
1. Definitions
"Program" means the school, college, district or athletic program that subscribes to the Service. "Authorized User" means a coach, staff member or player whom a Program has invited to use the Service. "Program Agreement" means any written agreement, order form or student data privacy agreement between Install Football and a Program. "Program Content" means the plays, formations, terminology, signals, scout cards, quizzes, roster information, quiz results and other materials that a Program or its Authorized Users provide or create through the Service. "Student Data" has the meaning given in our Privacy Policy.
2. Acceptance and Order of Precedence
2.1 By signing an order form or Program Agreement that references these Terms, a Program agrees to these Terms. By signing in to the Service, each Authorized User agrees to comply with these Terms. The individual who accepts these Terms on behalf of a Program represents that they have authority to bind the Program.
2.2 Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms. If these Terms conflict with a Program Agreement, the Program Agreement controls.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
3.1 Invitation Only. Accounts are created only by invitation from a Program's coaches. The Program is responsible for deciding who receives access and for promptly removing access for anyone who leaves the Program.
3.2 Roles. Coaches may invite and remove Authorized Users, assign quizzes, view their own players' results and use scout cards. Players may view their team's playbook and complete their own quizzes, and may not modify Program Content.
3.3 Minimum Age. Authorized Users must be at least 13 years of age.
3.4 Account Security. Each account is for a single individual. Sign-in requires a password and a code sent by email, and an account can be signed in on one device at a time. Authorized Users must keep their passwords and sign-in codes confidential, must not share their accounts and must not permit anyone outside the Program to view Program Content. Programs must notify us promptly at InstallFootballOfficial@gmail.com of any suspected unauthorized use of an account.
4. The Service
4.1 Provision of the Service. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we will make the Service available to the Program and its Authorized Users during the subscription term.
4.2 Changes. We may improve and modify the Service from time to time. We will notify the Program's coaches before removing or materially reducing a feature they use.
4.3 Beta Use. A Program may use the Service, or particular features, free of charge on a beta basis under a Program Agreement. Beta features may change or be withdrawn and are provided "as is." Program Content used in a beta receives the same privacy, security and confidentiality protections as all other Program Content.
5. License and Restrictions
5.1 License. We grant the Program a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right, during the subscription term, for its Authorized Users to access and use the Service for the Program's own football instruction.
5.2 Restrictions. The Program and its Authorized Users shall not: (a) copy, modify, resell, sublicense or create derivative works of the Service; (b) reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to discover the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law; (c) use the Service to build a competing product; (d) attempt to access another Program's site or data or another user's account; (e) probe, scan or test the security of the Service, or circumvent its limits, without our prior written consent; (f) use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service, or otherwise place an unreasonable load on it; (g) upload content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing or infringing; or (h) upload sensitive personal information that the Service does not request, such as health records or Social Security numbers.
5.3 Suspension. We may suspend an Authorized User's access for a violation of this Section 5. We will inform the Program's coaches of the reason unless prohibited by law or necessary to protect the security of the Service.
6. Program Content and Student Data
6.1 Ownership. As between the parties, the Program owns all Program Content.
6.2 License to Install Football. The Program grants us a limited license to host, store, display and process Program Content solely to provide, support, secure and back up the Program's site. This license ends when the Program Content is deleted in accordance with Section 10.4.
6.3 Confidentiality of Program Content. We will treat Program Content as confidential. We will not disclose one Program's Program Content to any other Program; use one Program's Program Content to build another Program's site, scout cards or quizzes; use Program Content in demonstrations, marketing or sales materials; or identify a Program as a customer, in each case without the Program's prior written consent. Our personnel will access Program Content only as needed to set up, support, secure or back up the Program's site, or at the Program's request.
6.4 Student Data. We will handle Student Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including FERPA. For schools and colleges, we act as a "school official" with a "legitimate educational interest," under the school's direct control with respect to the use and maintenance of Student Data. For K–12 Programs, our agreement is with the school, district or an organization acting on the school's behalf, and we will sign the school's student data privacy agreement on request.
6.5 Program Responsibilities. The Program represents that it has the rights necessary to provide the Program Content to us, and is responsible for providing any notices to students or parents, and obtaining any consents, that its own policies or applicable law require.
7. Intellectual Property and Feedback
7.1 Our Property. We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, scout card engine, quiz builder and play-drawing tools, and the Install Football name and logo, together with all improvements to them. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
7.2 Feedback. If a Program or Authorized User provides suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve the Service without obligation, provided that we do not identify the source without permission.
8. Fees, Payment and Renewal
8.1 Fees. The Program shall pay the one-time setup fee and the annual subscription fee stated in its order form. All plans include unlimited Authorized Users. Setup fees are due before we begin building the Program's site and are non-refundable once setup work has begun.
8.2 Invoicing and Payment. Subscription fees are invoiced annually in advance and are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Programs may pay by purchase order, check or card.
8.3 Renewal. Unless the Program Agreement provides otherwise, each subscription term renews for an additional one-year term unless either party gives notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the current term. We will remind the Program before each renewal. Fee changes take effect only at renewal and require at least 60 days' prior notice.
8.4 Late Payment. If an undisputed invoice is more than 30 days past due, we may suspend access after giving notice. We will not delete Program Content for late payment without further notice.
8.5 Taxes. Fees do not include taxes. Tax-exempt Programs should provide a valid exemption certificate.
8.6 Refunds. Fees paid are non-refundable, except as provided in Section 10.3.
9. Third-Party Links and Install Football Confidential Information
9.1 Third-Party Links. Program Content may link to systems we do not operate, such as signal videos on a Program's own SharePoint. We do not store or control that content, and the Program's own settings govern who can open it.
9.2 Confidential Information. The Program shall keep confidential any non-public information we disclose about the Service, including unreleased features and pricing, subject to any public records or other law that applies to the Program.
10. Term and Termination
10.1 Term. These Terms remain in effect for as long as the Program has an active subscription or beta under a Program Agreement.
10.2 Termination for Breach. Either party may terminate the Program's subscription if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure the breach within 30 days after receiving written notice.
10.3 Discontinuation. If we discontinue the Service other than for the Program's breach, we will refund the unused, prepaid portion of the current subscription term.
10.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination or expiration, the Program may request a copy of its Program Content within 30 days. We will then delete the Program's site, data and accounts, confirm the deletion in writing, and delete backup copies within 90 days.
10.5 Survival. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10.4, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 16 survive termination.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS OR A PROGRAM AGREEMENT, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," AND INSTALL FOOTBALL DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. INSTALL FOOTBALL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR ATHLETIC RESULT.
Scout cards and quizzes are teaching aids. Coaches are responsible for reviewing them before use with players.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. EXCEPT FOR A PARTY'S INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS, EACH PARTY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY THE PROGRAM TO INSTALL FOOTBALL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
13.1 By Install Football. We will defend the Program against any third-party claim alleging that the Service, as provided by us, infringes that party's intellectual property rights, and will pay the resulting damages and costs finally awarded or agreed in settlement.
13.2 By the Program. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Program will defend Install Football against any third-party claim arising from Program Content that the Program did not have the right to provide. Public institutions are bound by this Section 13.2 only to the extent permitted by the laws of their state.
14. Security Incidents and Reporting
We will notify the Program within 72 hours of confirming any unauthorized access to its Program Content or Student Data. Security vulnerabilities may be reported to InstallFootballOfficial@gmail.com. We will not take legal action against individuals who report vulnerabilities in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts serving Northampton County, Pennsylvania, except that where a public Program is required by law to resolve disputes under its own state's law or in its own courts, that requirement will apply.
16. General
16.1 Changes to These Terms. We will notify each Program's coaches by email at least 30 days before a material change to these Terms. Changes apply to a Program at its next renewal, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any Program Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service and supersede all prior understandings.
16.3 Assignment. Neither party may assign these Terms without the other party's prior written consent, except that we may assign them to a successor to our business that agrees in writing to be bound by them, with notice to the Program.
16.4 Force Majeure. Neither party is liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
16.5 Severability and Waiver. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
16.6 Relationship of the Parties. The parties are independent contractors. There are no third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
16.7 Notices. Notices to Install Football must be sent by email to the address below. Notices to a Program will be sent to the email address of its designated contact or coaches.
